1. Our vehicles are maintained by a qualified Rolls Royce Mechanic at all times. Should a vehicle breakdown we will try to offer an alternative vehicle. We always endeavor for our cars to arrive at the pick up address half an hour before the service to cover such eventuality. This allows the second car enough time to cover the two journeys to the church. Should we be unable to get an alternative vehicle to the wedding in time and compensation be warranted. Compensation will be limited to the hire charge of the vehicle depending on the level of failure and service carried out.
Fan-Fare Wedding Cars will not be held responsible for any other consequential losses in the event of a mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances.

2. The Chauffeurs are instructed if required and subject to distance and time permitting and at their discretion to make two journeys to the church at a charge of 10% of the car hire, but only one to the reception by any car's booked. (This is a good will concession offered by the company and is not to be expected as a right or as part of the contract agreement.)

3. At the time of booking the cars, a non returnable deposit of £100 per car will be required. Bookings will not be confirmed until the booking form has been completed and returned to us with the relevant deposit. All balances due are to be paid 3 months prior to the wedding date however, if cancellation of the wedding occurs within 3 months of the date of the wedding the customer will be liable for 75% of the total hire charges. 4. Telephone orders can be taken, but will not be confirmed unless the above terms are met within 5 working days from the date of the telephone booking.

5. Due to the demand created by the exclusive service being guaranteed we require that insurance should be taken out to protect our company from loss due to cancellation. Failure to insure your wedding leaves you personally liable for our losses.

6. If full payments are not made within these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to make surcharges wherever necessary due to increases that may have taken place since the time of booking.

7. We try to maintain the price quoted at the time of booking, but reserve the right to make any surcharges whereby increases in fuel or other expenses that are beyond our personal control.

8. The information supplied and received from our clients, form the foundations of the quotation and the contract between both parties. Should the information be incorrect, incomplete, Fan-Fare Wedding Cars reserve the right to make on the spot surcharges of £100 per hour or part there off per car in order to cover the extra cost and time delay, or extra journey's which were not requested at the time of booking. (If such surcharges are not met, then only the journey's booked, or the time of 4 hours BASE TO BASE will be carried out to a maximum 4 hours all inclusive) Any surcharges must be paid in cash at the time, if they are not met by the hirer they leave themselves open to any discounts which may have been offered in good faith being waived. With the final result of not only being charged the surcharge but also the full price of hire, including any other distance related surcharges which may have been waived at the point of sale.

9) Fan-Fare Wedding Cars garuantee that they will carry out the agreed duties that have been agreed and quoted for without question and will not allow extra journeys or deliberate time wasting by the minority of customers who try to abuse our services.
 
10) Our cars are cleaned and valeted  to a high standard, Fan Fare will not be held responsible for marks or stains on wedding dresses or other clothing of any passengers which may be caused through people bringing mud and grime into the cars thus causing the problem. We reserve the right to claim damages to the carpets and upholstery of our cars.
 
We at Fan-Fare Wedding Cars wish to give our customers  a first class service at a fair price with terms and conditions which have been set out to protect both parties interest.
 
All customers must agree to our terms and conditions and also agree to adhere and abide by them as they will not be compromised by any party.
 
Explaination 
If two car's are booked and a car breaks down. The other then will car carry out the duties of the  car that  has broken down, the services are deemed to be completed. ie. If the other car takes the bridesmaids to the place of service and then takes the bride & father to the place of service. That deems that there has been no failure or breach of contract for the in going journey to the church and will not be compensated (unless the car being used is of a lower grade of car which is reflected in the hire charge). The governing factor's are, the hire charge and the standard of car.
 
If the other car carries out other journey to the reception in order to complete the whole service then we deem the whole service completed and will make a gesture of goodwill by supplying a 75ml bottle of champagne for any inconvenience.

If the second car is unable to carry out two journey's to the reception and the bridesmaids have to be carried by other means. 50% of the cost of the car that has broken down will be refunded.

It is our desire that your big day goes as smoothly as possible. Please make sure that the booking information covers all the services you require with consideration to the time scale that the cars are required. Above all. Please Insure your wedding so that you are protected if things go wrong or you have to cancel especially for bereavement. We experience this situation so many times and it  can add extra grieve and distress at a very difficult time. The premiums are well within the budget as for approx £179 you can have cover of up to £30,000. Is it worth it.?. NO.
